C-HC stamped-rolled female contacts

CONINVERS C-HC are stamped-rolled female contacts with hyperboloid-shaped contact lines and integrated wire and isolation crimp. The high performance crimp contacts are designed for up to 10,000 insertion/withdrawal cycles.
The contacts are available with diameters of 1 mm or 2 mm, supplied in strip form for manual or automatic processing.
C-HC female contacts are suitable for connectors of the ConPower series P20, P30 and F30.		 Hyperboloid crimp contacts C-HC stamped-rolled
 
   
 

Male contacts for
M17 connectors series P20, ST

Depending on the number of positions, the M17 connectors
are equipped with Ø 0.6 mm, Ø 1 mm or Ø 2 mm contacts.
  • Versions:
    Male contacts Ø 0.6 mm for 9- / 17-pos.
    Connection cross sections 0.08 mm² - 0.5 mm²

    Male contacts Ø 1 mm for 6- to 9-positions.
    Connection cross sections 0.08 mm² - 1,5 mm²

    Male contacts Ø 2 mm for 4-positions.
    Connection cross sections 0.25 mm² - 2.5 mm²

Crimp contacts and crimping tools for CONINVERS
power connectors and signal connectors

Series RF, ST, P20, P30, P70, P150

The crimping pliers are suitable for crimping machined contacts. Crimping head and positioner are adjusted to the corresponding contacts and connection cross sections.

For an easier handling of large stranded wire cross sections, a pneumatic crimping tool can be used.
