Plastic-molded circular connectors
Plastic-molded circular connectors for the industrial use provide a cost-effective solution for electrically connecting machines and plants. The standard product range includes various numbers of positions and line lengths. With the new M17 and M23 connectors, a modern product range is available for signal and power transmission.
Molded connectors can directly be connected at the plant, no special tools are required. Time-consuming and cost-intensive work, such as cable termination and assembling the braided shield are not required in an industrial environment. The cable connection can be done quickly and no support by specially trained staff is required. |

The product program now includes the new plastic-molded M17 circular connectors with SPEEDCON quick locking system or standard locking system. These types are available as cable connectors and cable connecting receptacles as well as receptacles with central fastening screw thread for rear mounting. For signal transmission, a 17 position insulating body for connection cross sections from 0.08 mm² up to 0.5 mm² is included in the program. For power transmission, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 positions are available. Here, the insulating body is equipped with crimp contacts with plug-in diameters from 0.6 mm up to 2.0 mm, depending on the number of positions. Connection cross sections reach from 0.08 mm² up to 0.5 mm². Transmission powers up to 20A/630V are supported.
In the M23 size, molded power connectors are available with 6 (5+PE) and 8 (4+3+PE) positions, supporting transmission powers up to 30 A at 630 V. Lines up to a maximum diameter of 18 mm can be processed.
