Power connectors for mechanical and system engineering

CONINVERS has considerably extended the ConPower P30 and ConPower P70 connector series. New additions are device flanges and wall bushings in different versions. ConPower thus now has a full range of power circular connectors for flexible cabling of machines and plants. Electrical power of up to 70 A with 630 V can be transmitted.

The P30 and P70 series include 6-position (5+PE) and 8-position (4+3+PE) power connectors. The performance data of the new types comply with the data of the basic product range and they are UL V0 and VDE approved.

ConPower now provides different device flanges, adapted to the current mounting application, for example for direct mounting on the motor.
- straight version, also in low design for space-saving assembling
- angled, rotary and fixed, also available with increased flange dimensions for subject to vibrations.
The switch cabinet connections are provided by ConPower extensions with mounting flange and power wall bushings. The latter are supplied completely wired and equipped with contacts.

The concept of all ConPower power connectors is the very easy and time-saving assembly. The crimp contacts can be clipped sideways into the insulating body and the housings can be assembled in a very easy way. No special tools are required.
Male and female contacts for the P30 and P70 series cover crimp ranges from 0.08 mm² up to 16 mm². The clamping range for shielded cables suits cable diameters from 7.5 mm up to 25 mm.
