M23 and M40 circular power connectors

ConPower is a complete product range comprising power connectors of two series: P30 with M23 and P70 with M40 screw locking. Electrical power of up to 70 A with 630 V can be transmitted. A characteristic feature of all ConPower power connectors is the very easy and time-saving assembly.

Besides cable connectors and cable connecting receptacles, the flexible cabling of electric drives in the field of mechanical and system engineering also requires device flanges and wall bushings. ConPower provides the suitable connector solution for almost every application case.

The series P30 and P70 are available as 6-position (5+PE/2+3+PE) and 8-position (4+3+PE) connectors in many different housing versions. Besides cable connectors and cable connecting receptacles, ConPower offers different device flanges, for example, for direct mounting on the servo motor.
- straight version, also in low design for space-saving assembling
- angled, rotary and fixed, also available with increased flange dimensions for subject to vibrations.
The switch cabinet connections are provided by ConPower cable connecting receptacles with mounting flange and power wall bushings. The latter are supplied completely wired and equipped with contacts.

The time-saving handling when assembling/disassembling connectors and cables without any special tools are the outstanding characteristics of the CONINVERS ConPower product family. The crimp contacts can be clipped sideways into the insulating body and the housings can be assembled in a very easy way.
Male and female contacts for the P30 and P70 series cover crimp ranges from 0.08 mm² up to 16 mm². The clamping range for shielded cables suits cable diameters from 7.5 mm up to 25 mm.
