Already when we moved into our new CONINVERS building in October of 2001, we were developing a completely new production logistics. Due to a strong increase in production numbers, CONINVERS has implemented additional new assembly lines in the meantime. The workstations have been designed with particular ergonomic aspects in view. About 20 employees assemble, among other things, the new Piercecon Quick Termination connectors as well as the new SF series of the M23 power connectors there. The high motivation of our employees as well as their daily productivity and creativity, making modern connector technology more market-oriented, is reflected in the satisfaction of our customers. For CONINVERS products are known for highest quality and reliability. |
